• Email address, display name, and profile image verified by Google and Clerk
• Group, membership, invitation, and permission information
• Riot IDs, platforms, and match-sync results submitted by users
• Service preferences such as language, default Riot server, selected group, and tutorial state

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide sign-in, account linking, group-based player management, match data, team drafting, invitations, preferences, security, and error handling.

3. Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide account and group features. Subject to legal and security requirements, we safely process verified deletion requests. Device-local UX settings can be reset separately from Settings.

4. Service providers

• Clerk for authentication and Google sign-in
• Neon/PostgreSQL for service data storage
• Vercel for hosting, logs, and performance measurement
• Riot Games APIs and public game data for player statistics

5. Sharing and sale

WithLegends does not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or respond to security incidents.

6. Your choices

You can reset local settings or sign out from Settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, contact the WithLegends user-support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.

7. Advertising and cookies

If WithLegends enables Google AdSense, third-party advertising providers including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, and we will provide required consent controls in regions where applicable law requires them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page and provide notice when appropriate.

9. Third-party data and trademarks

WithLegends may query OP.GG public pages or officially provided interfaces to supplement public game information for a Riot ID registered by a player. The Riot ID, tagline, and game server needed for that query may be sent to OP.GG. WithLegends does not collect or transmit OP.GG account information or login credentials. The scope, availability, and presentation of OP.GG data may change or become unavailable because of OP.GG policies or technical conditions.
