WithLegends
Privacy Policy
Effective: 2026-10-22
1. Information we collect
- Email address, display name, and profile image verified by Google and Clerk
- Group, membership, invitation, and permission information
- Riot IDs and platforms submitted by users
- Riot ID and signup order for events, plus Discord user ID when Discord buttons are used
- Uploaded match-result photos, image analysis results, and saved match records
- Discord server, channel, and webhook connection information for recruitment posts (stored encrypted)
- Service preferences such as language, default Riot server, selected group, and tutorial state
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide sign-in, account linking, group-based player management, match data, team drafting, event signup, result-photo analysis, match records, recruitment posts to Discord channels, invitations, preferences, security, and error handling. A group-scoped link between Discord user ID and Riot ID enables one-click signup for later events.
3. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide account and group features. Subject to legal and security requirements, we safely process verified deletion requests. Device-local UX settings can be reset separately from Settings.
4. Service providers
- Clerk for authentication and Google sign-in
- Neon/PostgreSQL for service data storage
- Vercel for hosting, logs, and performance measurement
- Riot Games APIs and public game data for player statistics
- Discord for server/channel connections, recruitment posts, and signup buttons
- Vercel AI Gateway and the configured AI model provider for processing uploaded result photos and images derived from them for analysis
- Google AdSense and advertising providers for public-page advertising, subject to approval and ad settings
5. Sharing and sale
WithLegends does not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or respond to security incidents. Anyone with a shared recruitment link can see the group name, schedule, notes, and participants’ Riot IDs and tags. Discord user IDs and site sign-in details are not shown in the public roster.
6. Your choices
You can reset local settings or sign out from Settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, use the Tally feedback and contact form on this page.
7. Advertising and cookies
WithLegends uses Google AdSense code on its public homepage. Actual ad serving depends on Google site approval and ad settings. When this code loads, your browser connects to Google advertising servers. When ads are served, Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and other websites. Ad delivery and measurement may also use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or opt out of participating third-party providers through the advertising choices link below. Your browser also lets you delete or restrict cookies. Cookies for sign-in, language, and theme have a different purpose from advertising cookies; resetting service preferences does not change Google ad settings.
Personalized advertising in regions requiring consent, including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, requires consent through a Google-certified consent management platform. Consent messages and preference controls must be configured before advertising is enabled for those regions.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page and provide notice when appropriate.
9. Third-party data and trademarks
WithLegends may query OP.GG public pages or officially provided interfaces to supplement public game information for a Riot ID registered by a player. The Riot ID, tagline, and game server needed for that query may be sent to OP.GG. WithLegends does not collect or transmit OP.GG account information or login credentials. The scope, availability, and presentation of OP.GG data may change or become unavailable because of OP.GG policies or technical conditions.
OP.GG and related names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. WithLegends is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OP.GG.
